Human Papilloma(sp?) Virus. There are a couple hundred variants and a huge percentage of sexually active people have them and don't realize it. Some of the variants of HPV cause visible genital warts, but most people with HPV don't realize that they have it.

Most cases of cervical cancer in women are caused by HPV.
