My week with my ex-wife
This week has been chock full of thank-God-I'm-not-married-to-you-anymore-goodness.
A) She told me to set a good example for my daughter. She is pregnant and living with her boyfriend who she has no intention of marrying. B) She wants my daughter to be Catholic. She is pregnant and living with her boyfriend who she has no intention of marrying. She cheated on me with this boyfriend while we were married. She divorced me to be with him. She was pregnant while we were still married. Damn, the Pope is getting leniant. C) Her dogs killed my daughter's parrot. I normally drop my daughter off at noon on Sundays. I had to wait until 5 this week because she had to wait for someone else to come home to clean up the carnage because she cried and threw up everytime she tried. She explained to my daughter that some man came to her house who had a baby parrot who didn't have a dad, and asked if he could buy the parrot for the baby. "He" gave my daughter money to buy two little birds. I would have duck-taped the bird's head back on and sold it to a blind kid and made some real money rather than this fictional tale. D) She called today and asked that I stop making harassing phone calls her in the middle of the night. I told her that I wasn't doing anything of the sort. She said that I am the only person in the world who has her phone number so it is either me or someone who has access to my phone. She has changed her number three times in the last six months and the phone calls continue. She then suggested that I call my girlfriend and ask her to stop calling her in the middle of the night. I told her that it was probably the guy who bought her bird. E) Her boyfriend's name is 'Gordo' and I suggested that they name the baby 'Gordita' after the tasty Taco Bell entree. She did not like my suggestion. Pyscho. |

Pretty Funny Would read again. Silly Q, how long were you married, how long divorced and how old is everyone involved (Daughter, you ,Pyscho) [/ QUOTE ] I am 34, Pyscho is 31, daughter is 5. We were legally married for almost six years, but it wasn't anything marriage-like for the last 3. We lived apart for the last year. We were divorced in October, but we thought we were divorced in July. She told me that she wishes the new baby was mine. Is there ever an appropriate time to spring this tidbit on the new guy? |

Re: My week with my ex-wife
I am so hijacking this mofo.
Dids and I disagree. Look, I think this is a good read, but its basically a blog post, and to me, far more fitting for BBV4L than OOT. It lacks any real discussion value that I would like for OOT posts to have, regardless of the fact that it was entertaining. Ray |
