AK UI against a lag
villain is 44/29/1.5 340 who, despite his stats, hasn't done anything superspazzy postflop that i have seen. should i show this down?

Re: AK UI against a lag
I hate these situations
Your not all that bad off against his range on this board...but I have a hard time wanting to call this since it is a pretty dangerous board. I think you see a hand like j10 here a lot. |

Re: AK UI against a lag
fold
with UTG isolating a limper preflop his hand range will likely be weighted towards reasonably strong hands; Ax, broadways, PPs I doubt he will turn ace high into a bluff here and there aren't any busted draws we don't beat anything and our hand is super obvious if he can hand read at all so he should be VBing light |

Re: AK UI against a lag
Is it close if villain always peels with back door draws?
Hand 0: 87.216% { 33+, A9s+, Ad8d, Ad7d, Ad6d, Ad5d, A4s, Ad3d, Ad2d, K9s+, Kd8d, Kd7d, Q8s+, J9s+, T9s, A9o+, K9o+, QTo+, JTo } Hand 1: 12.784% { AhKd } |

Re: AK UI against a lag
If your going to check / call the turn I think you should just bet it, I think you should fold on the river though the only hand you can really beat is AT.

This is a pretty easy fold IMO |

should i show this down? [/ QUOTE ] At 7:1 no, 9 or 10 to 1 and I call given the amount of draws present when he bets the turn. Are you checking the turn because you think he will raise with a semi bluff? |

Re: AK UI against a lag
i folded of course, i always do
but i'm looking for more spots to showdown. i'm constantly amazed at people who have wtsd 39,40 - where do they find so many places to showdown? |
