Why are we so convinced ap problem is unique?
Ok guys, please help those of us who are starting to doubt the faith in fairplay in online poker. Ap's official story according to espn.com is gonna be that they were hacked by an employee trying to prove a point that the software could indeed be hacked!!! Now, assuming that this is true and also that this guy is not the absolute smartest computer nerd ever, would this not lead any reasonable person to ask wouldnt most people to do this not be cheating as obviously? Why are we so sure that some players dont hv an unfair advantage over the rest of us? I was once told by a computer geek that their isnt a site on the web that cant be hacked which is demonstrated by the fact that the usmc or some other military website has a link to child pornography on it placed by a hacker and they cant unhack the site, I am openminded about this..would someone please give me a reason to dismiss this idea!!! If any of you happen to have one of these super accounts it is especially important that you explain why its so impossible that this problem is rampant as I know you dont want your fish to stop swimming in ur barrell!!!!

One problems with scandals is they bring out all of the idiots. I wouldn't be surprised if this type of thing happens at small sites, but I'm pretty convinced you're safe at Stars or FTP.

You should define "cheating" at different levels. Being able to see the table's hole cards is much worse and less common than collusion or chip-dumping.
