PokerTracker and Grapher yay, I use them!!! Haven't got a complete graph due to merging a database, playing some hands at a Net cafe, etc. But, yeah, it's really helping. When I'm bored of folding hands, playing just one table, I flick over to PokerTracker and read about my opponents. (although since I'm not playing enough hands, I don't have that many hands logged for any player).

This is an unsung benefit of PokerTracker - by giving you something else to do, it stops you from getting bored, playing too many hands, and spewing.
