I would like to find a house in a more secluded area, so neighbors and whatnot are a minimal problem. But what's the plan of action should it get rolled by the cops? Good overall idea? just wait a few years until you can buy a bar and make it turnkey afterhours, much less exposure. Otherwise, id check out the real estate section adn look for houses for sale that are unoccupied and throw yoru parties there.
