[ QUOTE ]
I would like to attempt to buy a house with several friends, with the funding of it provided by two parties a weekend. $10 to get in, full bar, etc etc, just normal good party stuff, I don't think it's too out of the question to get 100 kids a night. I would like to cater this high schoolers because they hear about alcohol and a party, the word spreads like wildfire.

I would like this to pay for the housepayments, so with 8 parties a month, each one would have to profit $300 to make the monthly payments, which I think is easily easily in the realm of possibility.

What are the possible ramifications of this? Should I not be at the partys or any other houseowners? Should we be and just pretend to be a regular party-goer? I would like to find a house in a more secluded area, so neighbors and whatnot are a minimal problem. But what's the plan of action should it get rolled by the cops? Good overall idea?

So did your mom ever give you the $200 or whatever you overdrew from your little retardo gambling overdraft at Barona?

just wait a few years until you can buy a bar and make it turnkey afterhours, much less exposure. Otherwise, id check out the real estate section adn look for houses for sale that are unoccupied and throw yoru parties there.

Why not just sell drugs? Then you don't need a home loan.

Word spreading like wildfire is great, until it gets to the cops. Not being there won't matter, your name will be on the lease and you'll get busted. Your landlord or whatever will evict you. People will steal [censored]. Good idea though

[/ QUOTE ]
I'm certainly not saying the OP's idea is a good one, but you should realize that when you purchase a house, you don't have a landlord, and you can't be evicted. Hence owning the house.

Your property, including house and car, can be confiscated if involved in the commission of certain crimes.

I'd ask the local authorities for their policy on this before buying.
