Could be you're in an area where cell service is off and on. The light on my phone will sometimes flash on when it goes from digital to analog and back again.

Are you sure it isn't only going off once?

Maybe as you turn your head somehow your other eye picks up on it...and you're just timing it really well?

I've no idea. This is nifty.

And nice to know Lionel. I will quit listening to people at much.

I GET THIS ALL THE DAMN TIME! I feel it vibrating in my pocket and when I look, nothing. It really is creepy.

Could be some radiation creeping its way in, but I hope not.
