How to get my money in with my set?

It`s folded to Bu, who is 54/20/1.6

He limps, i make it 50 to go with TT and SB folds, he calls

Flop: AT7ccc 110$
i bet 95 and he raises to 380

What am i doing now? Should i make a small raise and hope he shoves his Ace o FD or just shove?
Even minraise?

120 BB effective stacks

I'd just tank a little then shove, I don't think there's much value in FPS.

what he said. No point in trying to raise small or whatever. Just push, and based on his stats you should get looked up by AJ+ a lot here, unless he's a thinking donk.

Well, it depends the kind of donk he is. If he's a bad donk, it doesn't matter what you do, he putting all his money with AJ+ no matter what really (imo atleast.) A small raise is just getting fancy and there's no point cause pushing essentially accomplishes the same thing.
