This is stupid. Some kids actually like doing lots of things and "overachieving" is a complete oxymoron.

Yeah, seriously. After all, they took me.

Stanford is getting a lot harder to get into - need a much better pedigree. I would say MIT is easier to get into than a lot of the ivies and Stanford simply because you don't have to have a pedigree ON TOP of the application.
