What is the best i can do here? He has only 2.50 left here, if he shoves i have to call, or not?

Just put him all in.

Its unlikely he has a 4 for the 1 card str8.. i would be more worried about 89 or a set but im basically never folding here and i dont want to give a free card, so IMO you only have one option: put him all in.

Villain played extremely questionably calling a decent raise with 34. Don't worry about it, keep raising him.
