What is your table image? Had you been raising a lot pre-flop? What is your read on the villain? Would he three-bet AQ on the button? What about KQ? Does he slowplay big hands on the flop?

The things I dislike about the check-call line on the turn is that if you make your flush, its going to be tough to extract as much value at the river, out of position without control of the hand. It also gives him a chance to check behind you and suck out with a pocket pair, over card(s) or heart flush draw.

Ultimately though if I think he would 3-bet AQ pf and raise AQ and KQ on the flop, I'm value betting the turn. Check/raising some of the time if I think he will bet worse hands if checked to him. His range is very wide on the flop and turn gives me no reason to think much has changed.

As played I'm calling $45 at the river.
