You are not alone. Except I have no idea how much I'm down. I quit counting. Helps to wake up and not remember how much although the hands don't seem to shake off as easily. I can remember that I lost yesterday w/ trips 2x to a boat, trips 1x to a turned gssd, nut straight to runner runner boat (that I could've gotten away from i think if I had REALLY stopped to think about this player... there was like, one hand he could've had imo given how he played it andyes, he basically had that one hand except it was even worse than I thought), set over set once, and some other standard stuff.

This is all pretty normal but it's much easier to forget when you've had an equal or better amount of situations where you won stacks.

Anyone have any advice on how to not remember this crap that doesn't involve substance abuse? I used to be a lot better at it but I've totally lost that ability as of late.

edit: and fwiw, i think CamelZoo's comments are fine. I'd love it if someone would hit me over the head when I'm playing bad and let me know. My problem is that my biggest leak is tilt-control for sure. So when people think i'm a donkey it's usually because I'm tilting. I know it's a problem, my difficulty is in correcting it. It's not like I think 4-bet bluffing a rock with no hand, no draw is the optimal line there. But if someone thinks I'm ON AVERAGE hugely exploitable, i'd love it if they'd point it out even if they don't give specifics. At least I'd know to look more closely at my game, particulary against other TAGs or whatever.
