Default How important is personal well-being in becoming a good poker player?

I'm talking about eating healthy here, living healthy, exercising regularly, not drinking alchohol, etc, basically living a discipline lifestyle. Has that got anything to do with becoming a good poker player? Or can you just multitable to 4am and wake up in the afternoon and have instant noodles for lunch (skipping a proper breakfast) and back to multitabling and still be on the top notch of the game?
