line 1: bet 45 on the turn and fold to any sort of raise
line 2: check behind and call a reasonable bet on the river

id say bet out is the better play since most players here are not too agressive and players will not try and bluff a missed draw on the river for you to call. furthermore they are loose enough to just call a turn bet on a draw even w/o getting proper odds. if he c/r all in on the turn you can fold with much confidence that he has you beat.

Depends on player, board, and turn card. I would say 50/50 I bet it.

I doubt your opponents are smart enough to figure it out that you are 2nd barreling based on board texture. so if you've been double barreling fairly often at this table recently, I would probably bet the turn.
