Default 10NL AQ TP IP facing river decision

Villain is 78/10 over insignificant sample (19 hands) so stats are completely useless

I go to showdown too much and my won $ when went to SD is too low, so, here is an example where I am pretty sure my TP is beaten, quite a few legit hands beat me, but I am trying to convince myself to call.... what do we do here?

I checked behind on the turn for pot control, so have I induced a bluff, or is it a value bet?

After you underrepped your hand on the turn, and saw total blanks on the turn and river, you have to call.

Do you think you have the best hand on the flop? If so, what has the 3c or 6c changed?

This hand was played really weird. I am not sure I like the reraise on pre-flop to an UTG raiser. Even if his raise is very small. As played I think I call on the river. At 10NL against a player so loose I think he could be doing this with any A, K, or missed flush draw. I'd really only be afraid of AK. What does everybody else think?

I don't like your turn check because you're letting 2 opponents chase flushes/gutshots/broadway/2pair/trips/etc and the pot is already big enough to just push the rest of your stack and get called by idiots with flush cards/king/ace with weaker kicker.

Not raising flop is weak/tight against a loose-passive and not betting turn is missing value. I'm torn between raising and just calling river and probably end up just calling, but I definitely bet turn.

Bet the turn to charge draws and weaker aces still call IMO. On the river, i would make some kind of value bet and expect a call from any ace.

Thinking outside the box...

Since you're playing 10NL, I chalk this up to a bad play by a BB who called pf with pocket 9s, hit a set, then decided to check call on the flop, either because he's bad, or he thought you would both fold if he raised (which some might also categorize as bad). With this in mind he probably had intended to check raise the turn, but nobody bet, so he's trying to get value on the river. Either that or he's an idiot. I call anyway, since he most likely is an idiot.

Disclaimer: I am not advocating this play. I mostly play 10 or 25 NL, and I've seen some weird stuff.

I 3 bet AQ pf as well, I am calling here the bet looks weak and he might have a missed flush draw a weaker ace or a naked king

at 10NL this looks like a typical busted flush draw move by villain
