Default Your favorite NON-recurring Seinfeld character...

The great thing about Seinfeld was their ability to bring in unique characters (portrayed flawlessly) to each show.

My personal favorite is Mr. Bookman, the library cop.

The whole concept of talking in the 3rd person was hysterical, again portrayed brilliantly. So many like this, the Close talker, low talker, high talker, the sidler etc...
