Legs one day, back next, then chest and arms. Not all on same day gosh. I realize this may not be totally optimal, which is why I wanna post once they give kyle the damn gym.

Also, if you're in a calorie deficit like I assume, you shouldn't be lifting for hypertrophy, but for strength with short rest periods, preferably full-body workouts. You could cut out 100 calories per meal (assuming 6 small meals a day) and not have to do that cardio anyway. There's a lot of good info in the articles at t-nation.com if you're serious about getting in shape.
