110er Hu speed Sng\'s ROI% /SC question
Let's say you have the skill of a solid 110er reguler.
What kind of Roi% do you can make: a) using Sharkscope and just picking weak players b) just play everyone btw: b) should be way more ev+ or? i mean it can take some time to find a fish in which you could grind a lot more hu sng's as a grinder who plays everybody |

Re: 110er Hu speed Sng\'s ROI% /SC question
There is an opportunity cost in waiting too long and it can cut down on your hourly profits .
This is analogous to rejecting a marginal situation in the beginning of an sng because you think you can outplay them later . In many cases you should take the edge even if it's marginal because nothing is precluding you from taking this edge and another edge later on . You should be honest with yourself too . There are some players who you may not have an edge against and you should try to avoid them . |

Re: 110er Hu speed Sng\'s ROI% /SC question
This is a good question, I've been wondering about that aswell after I tried using sharkscope a little.
I'm however playing so low limits that sharkscope dosen't pay off much anyway. Curious to hear of anyone has given this some more thought |

Re: 110er Hu speed Sng\'s ROI% /SC question
My experience is at lower levels (30s and 50s) but i think the idea should hold true for 100s as well.
If you are a winning player on sharkscope you are better off just sitting first than trying to snipe bad players. Winning players who use sharkscope will be less likely to sit you and you will get more random players to join. I almost never have a player with a really good record sit me when selecting in this fashion. Instead of looking up every player who sits first in an attempt to snipe them I keep a running list of really bad players that I have encountered and any time I see one of them sitting (at any limit really) I join immediately. |

Re: 110er Hu speed Sng\'s ROI% /SC question
depends on the site as well, i've seen players hold 10-15% ROI over 500+ games on both FTP and Stars, so it's doable, but you gotta real have your head on you and play amazing, std. I think 8-10% would be very good for a reg.

Re: 110er Hu speed Sng\'s ROI% /SC question
Game selecting at the 115s is bad....Most people are fish at this level anyway, and you need the practice against the few good players that sit with you if u ever want to move up to higher limits.
My guess at achievable ROIs: 115s: 15% is about the max over the long-run 220s: 10% 550s: 7.5% Of course, to beat these games you will have to live clean, study hard, and play your A game most of the time. GL, Indy |

Read the FAQ monk. Upwards of 25% is your answer, in short.

I'd say that 20-25% is the top that one could attain LONG-TERM at say, the 22s on pokerstars. Indy |
