Default 20/40: Blind battle; A-high

20/40 4-handed.

SB is solid TAG. Plays well pre- and post-flop. Game recently went from 6 to 4 handed as 2 players have gone busto. Villain has been running well, hero not so much; he's stuck about 15BB when this hand comes up.

Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
2 folds, SB raises, BB calls.

Flop (2 players; 4SB): 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Bet/call.

Turn (2 players; 6SB): 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
Bet/call.

River (2 players; 6BB): 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
Check/check.

I doubt you will get many responses. These hands are all about metagame stuff and recent hands. I 3 bet this preflop a lot. I raise this flop sometimes. I call down all 3 streets sometimes. I fold rarely. I bet the river for value sometimes.

Hope that helped

3-bet PF is standard for me because it will make the flop play that much easier.

Without reading the other replies - I think you played it fine. Given that your image is so poor, then keeping the pot small and getting to showdown fairly cheaply on a relatively innocuous board is a decent line. I'd be more inclined to 3-bet preflop if my image were better.

If you bet this river, it's a bluff. Not a valuebet in my opinion.
