20/40: TT -- Is this a fold on the river?
20/40 5-handed.
BTN has played half of his 24 hands and taken half of those to SD. Hero is UTG with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Hero raises, 1 fold, BTN calls, 2 folds. Flop (2 players; 5.5SB): 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Bet/call. Turn (2 players; 4.75BB): J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Bet/call. River (2 players; 6.75BB): A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Check/bet/???.

I call, for future reference and A is a good bluff card for him. If he plays vpip 50, he sure can have something stupid like K8s, or decide to "valuebet" a split pair of 9s with his K9. I would call to see what kind of donk he is.

I don't know about this. I think I'd rather b/f here. Checking allows villain off the hook when he has crap and would check behind but would have also called another bet on the river, and the inverse can be true too, but only if villain is willing to raise the river with a better hand.
I'd b/f against an unk.

That suggests calling for information may tip the scale though I hate that rationale and especially with a guy who is showing down 1/4 of his hands. He's providing plenty of free information so I don't want to pay for it.

If you intended to call though, you'd be much better off betting IMO. At least you have a little chance of folding a Queen that way, and good chances of folding a Jack like JT that was on an OESD or KJ that had a gutshot and overcard and/or a BDFD or FD.
