Weird spot with friend and possible jailtime

oh one last quick thing: wrt the whole "crime of opportunity" and "victimless crime" chowmeow, I wasn't saying it makes it right or anything. He would be guilty of a felony if it went to court, absolutely. I was just saying those factors could ultimately sway my decision to help him out.
