UTG calls $0.25, CO raises to $1.25, Hero raises to $4.30, 3 folds, CO calls $3.05

Flop: ($9.20) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)

People do strange things in 3bet pots, but I doubt villain is floating oop here. The question then is how big your FE is here.

If you have a read and think you can push villain off a better hand (like TT-88) a push is clearly the right move. He is however never folding AJ here, which at this point makes up a fairly large part of his range ATM.

Check and hit a red king on the river.

i check.. you don't beat anything, and you picked the nut flush draw. I don't think you have enough fold equity here for a shove, I could be wrong though. Would like to see other opinions

I think this is a good spot for a shove. He can call the flop with a lot that he will have to fold here, and you have lots of outs if called.

Plus, if you check and he bets, you'll have to fold, which would be annoying.

i think an important point is how often you've been 3 betting. this villain, based on stats, seems decent, so I doubt he's not going to c/r that very dangerous board, i think you're going to see a Jack, flush draw a lot so I shove, club outs including at least 1 over maybe two
