I think checking the turn works well for the hand. We can then put in a blocking/value bet on the river and fold to a shove. With the pot size on the river as it was played out, bet folding sucks.

I think as played you need to find a fold.

I think that we might actually see a 5 here sometimes.

Something about that river has changed his play dramatically - either he missid his flush draw and has no chance of winning at showdown, or he just hit his hand. You cant really tell whcih i swhich though.

Oh, and folding this pre-flop is not marginal... seriously.

Fold this, fold AJ, fold KQ...

Bang on. This should not have been played Pre flop. I never put myself into a situation, or at least try not to, where I have to CBB into that type of board OOP so I CBB the flop but hate myself for it. Check the turn def. River you have to fold I think. He could have been slowplaying a set here. Also it could be a busted draw but with no reads, you cant make this call. Save being a hero for later.

I think you will see a 5 here some of the time, a flopped set/rivered house a good portion of the time and a busted draw/air a good portion of the time. I suppose ax is possible but not too often in this situation... He has position and he used it against you effectively. This is why you don raise a10 sooted UTG+1 this early
