The drastic changes to the plot are always temporary in this show. It might happen for like 2 episodes and then everything will be back to normal. I'm actually getting sick of this type of redundancy to the show, I don't care about the misadventures of Eric as an up and coming agent. It's really annoying.

Because their friendship is basically the entire premise of the show?

Would not be unprecedented. "Gilmore Girls" had like half a season where the title characters were not speaking.

And, yeah, go ahead and pelt me with tomatoes for mentioning "Gilmore Girls," but my wife does get control of the TV sometimes, I played a lot of poker online while she watched, and Lauren Graham is easy on the eyes.

Im going to pelt you tomatoes for giving your god given right to the remote up to your wife.

I actually liked this episode, I dont really think the show has to be so funny that you laugh out loud every week.

And this episode made me hate myself for not being a zillionaire more than any other for some reason.

This whole thing with going to Cannes is just a poor rehash of the Utah trip they did with Queens Blvd. I think that they ran out of the real life guys' stories many episodes ago and now they have to write things without any help from reality. Too bad they don't know how to write very well.

He knows Medellin blows, he knows the next movie Vince is working on will blow. Why would he stay with him?

And the first half of next season will be E and Vince getting back together, "wow that sounds ghey"

SHE DIDNT FIRE E YOU JERK FACES.

Why do you think he was late. If she fired him he would have been early. They were banging and E is going to quit managing Vince in next weeks episode. Vince is no longer listening to him.

Basically this will be like the Ari situation. The first half of next season will be them trying to get E back or E trying to get back. Same old [censored].

God you are all retarded. E wasnt fired and Tony was killed. I am a tv god witness my power.

[/ QUOTE ]Finally. I can't believe I had to read this far down to find this opinion. I don't know if Vince will quit him next week, but I STRONGLY believe that E and Anna will be dating w/n a couple episodes, and I less strongly believe that this seasons standard cliff hanger will have less to do with their new movie as in the past, and almost 100% an E-V split. Anna is not gone. I thought that was so painfully obvious. Also, the episode was not that bad, it was one of their pretty standard "set-up" eps, and I think after they do their also standard "party week" episode (Vegas, now Cannes), they will immediately revisit the Anna issue in parallel with some big tension with Vince.
