if you cant control tilt stop when you begin to tilt. if you are playing well just keep playing until you feel you are no longer on your A game.

after you start winning and building a bankroll, excercise BR management, i suggest taking shots at the next limit once you have 20 or more BIs for current level, drop back down if you fall below 15 BI for your previous level.

So with $100, you'd have 10 buy-ins for 10NL.

20 buy ins would be ideal.

If I were you I'd start at 05NL.

Obviously the solution is to move up to where they respect your raises.

You could buy-in for $400NL, and just play with 25big blinds. I think this has potential.
