Default PTBB = 2 big blinds?

the winrate in pokertracker is big bets for Nl right, so its 2big blinds for every poekrtrackerbigblind?

if my winrate is 8bb/100 hands according to pokertracker i win 16big blinds /100 hand s right?

and 16bb/100hands at NL100 is considered:
1. decent
2. good
3.great
?

it depends what box you have checked. go to preferences (in ring game statistics) and there's an option to have 'BB/100' set as big blinds in NL. if that's not checked, then 1 'BB/100' is 2 big blinds
