Deepstack III should do great.

If the Venetian wants to be featured on TV poker shows so bad, honestly, at this point, they should just out-bid South Point to be the location for HSP.

These last two attempts at lower-tier "televised tourneys" have done squat for them and only help to potentially hurt them.

HSP doesn't provide much exposure for the casino. It always seems to be held in a suite, which could be anywhere, for all the viewer cares.

TV poker is on the downslide, but if Venetian really, really wants to be on tv, they should just bend over and bring in WPT.

They want the WPT and will gladly spread their legs for it, but can't have it.

WPT is exclusive to MGM-Mirage properties in Vegas.

They have a contract that handcuffs the WPT? I know MGM-Mirage is handcuffed.

According to Shannon Shorr's blog, Wednesday's $2,500 event had 22 entrants, at 3pm they had 8 and had to wait to 4:30 to get going.
