Looks like a pretty easy 3-bet here.

Yes, but with a bet, a raise, and a call in front of you, you might have to worry about higher diamonds.

But a free card is still a free card, even if 2 people are going for it.

totally depends on the chance of losing customers imo. but 2b and 4 oppos > 3bet and 2 oppos + chance of fc

however, 3b and 3 oppos + chance of fc > 2b and 4 oppos.

and 3b and and 4 oppos is a huge coup, and certainly possible.

so that's the dilemma.

all in all a 3b is prolly in order, as this is a live 20 game.

I agree that Joker has more than enough equity to jack it up here but how does this affect the action that he will get if he does hit the flush or straight?

Well, the pot is LARGE so people will pay off. Also, turn cards that his straight/flush are scare cards which will sometimes lead to loose/passive check/calling. I take the major equity advantage we have here and mash.

Another way to look at this is that 3-balling now will ruin our action later if we have JJ, J7, etc., but are we really not 3-betting that massive equity advantage right now?

The pot isn't that "large" there are 10 small bets in there, which is indeed a good size. And people are going to pay off either way. The situation that would really suck is if both SB and BB fold to the 3-bet, where they might have called 2.

Just calling here makes the pot bigger still and induces action rather than trying to exclude it. On most turns, especially a 10 I think he gets a bet and a call into him here making the call on the flop correct.

"bet (LAGgish Asian lady from my KK post), UTG raises (seems like an idiot fish), EP2 cold-calls (loose passive bad lady)"

I'm not worried about higher diamonds.

3 ball.

Ya but so many turn cards shut down the action. Namely that diamond. I'll take as much $$$ as I can while they're willing to put it in.

SB in this hand, by the way, is an insane maniac who never folds.
