if you make a decent raise there's a good chance you'll get multiple callers and end up inflating the pot (and playing oop)...limpers in micros rarely fold when raised preflop unless you overbet it

I would check it. You're pretty much looking to flop a set, any over card kills you, and you know at micro stakes no one is folding QJ on a J23 flop.
