I cant think of any hand he could have that he would fold here. Some stuff might call the turn and fold the river UI, but thats a really expensive bluff that doesnt always work. You're probably getting 3 bet more than he folds.

Erhm
He might be folding A5, A4, A3 with no diamond. But it seems like a bit of a stretch for him to be 3-betting all of those on the flop. After the flop 3-bet I think he has a hand that sees a SD almost always. |

When a TAG 3-bets a coordinated flop is usually a good hand making your wide semibluffing range pay, or a good draw (QJs w. FD or things like that). He's not folding to the turn c/r enough IMO, and you can be drawing very thin against flush draws on the turn (or dead). I'd simply call.
