Default FTP account compromised - help!

I play at FTP under CATPISS9999, and I tried logging in today only to find that my "password is invalid." I then logged into my e-mail (the one associated w/ the FTP account) to e-mail support and discovered that whoever compromised my FTP account compromised my e-mail account as well.

This is obv pretty messed up, so I wrote to FTP support and security from another e-mail account that a) my FTP-linked e-mail account has been compromised and b) my FTP account has been compromised... I clearly can't log onto either. I get a reply two hours from support to a) e-mail them from my FTP e-mail address and b) verify my e-mail address by logging into FTP.

So my account's been hacked, but FTP support won't even deal with me since the hacker was smart enough to change my e-mail address password as well (the two passwords were the same - yes I'm stupid - yes I regret this). How should I proceed?

Any help is much appreciated!

Edit: If you've seen CATPISS9999 play any hands in the past two days, please post them! I may have played a few hands two days ago, but I certainly didn't yesterday.

Also, ~25k was in the account.

And if it matters, here's the joke of a response FTP support sent me:

doubt you have it, but typically even an email account requires a backup email or account information to request a password reset. That could possibly get you into your FTP email account.

Other option would be to offer all information about the account to FTP. you are asking for an account to be temporarily frozen. With all this information, there's a very slim chance it may happen since customer service blows.

Private Message FTPDoug on this site. I guess that's your next best shot at competence and getting a semi real-time response. He may be able to at least have the acct frozen and have an investigation made. Or at the very least have it looked into further.

Good luck with getting this all sorted out.

Tizim- I have zero idea if this will help- but obv anything is worth a shot- do you have HHs hard drived that you could send them session info in an attempt to show they should at least freeze it and look into it? It's another attempt to prove ID... "hey look I have all these sessions of HHs"
I'm thinking specifically something like pokertracker- or a file on your comp that contains the session histories.
At that point it seems you would either have to be who you suggest- or a hacker asking them to freeze the account and investigate for some reason.

One makes sense. Hopefully Full Tilt would see that.

I think this will clear things up as soon as possible - it has for me in the past...

email doug@fulltiltpoker.com

he's a 2p2 rep - explain your situation - tell him you sent him a private message on 2p2 (user FTPDoug) - he will (hopefully) clear things up for you. Good luck

Wow, I take back what I said about FTP support... they've taken care of the issue and even sent me an extra $1069.50 (not sure why heh). I e-mailed support as well as security, and I guess the lame response I got was from support since this was a matter I should've just e-mailed security about.

Apparently, the dude who hacked my account xferred the money out to 3 different accounts. Seems to me chip dumping it would've been smarter but w/e lol.

Thanks for the input guys.
