Default PLO - Did I do something wrong here?

This is my first post, so I may be asking a dumb question. Anyway, here's the hand:

PokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha High, $0.10 BB (8 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP1 ($20.45)
MP2 ($9.30)
CO ($16.25)
Button ($24.65)
SB ($8.50)
BB ($9.70)
Hero ($13.95)
UTG+1 ($6.85)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.3</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, MP2 calls $0.30, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Button calls $0.30, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, BB calls $0.20.

Flop: ($1.25) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $1.2</font>, MP2 folds, Button calls $1.20, BB folds.

Turn: ($3.65) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $3.5</font>, Button calls $3.50.

River: ($10.65) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets $1</font>, Hero calls $1.

Final Pot: $12.65

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
Hero has 9c Jd Qs Ts (straight, jack high).
Button has 7c 6c 7d Kd
Outcome: Button wins $12.65. </font>

I think betting the pot after the flop and turn was correct. I figured that c/c on the river was okay. Is there something else I could have done, or did I just get sucked out on?

Thanks,
Shawn

You played the hand well... get as much money as possible in the middle while you are ahead.

The river sucked big time (flush and full house draws made it) and the c/c was the right line here. If villain bets pot on river you will have a tough decision and I would need a read to make a call in that situation.

You should bet $0.05 more on the flop, and then $0.25 more on the turn.

Ah yes good eye. OP... remember that if you win the hand 25cents more is 2.5BB extra.

It's not 2.5BB extra. If he gets another PSB on the river, total pot will be $33.75 instead of $31.95, an extra $0.90 of profit, or 9BB.

why is c/c on the river the right play even though any draw that villain had has hit?

I meant a c/c if it is a small bet (like $1 here). Betting is not a good idea.
