HU hand
3rd hand of our heads up match... Gambbooll or fold or peel?
Would I have been better served to just call his bet and peel one off and see? I think I F-ed up by raising, but now that I have, what's the best line? Full Tilt Poker Pot Limit Omaha Ring game Blinds: $0.50/$1 2 players Converter Stack sizes: HERO: $100.50 BB: $120 Pre-flop: (2 players) HERO is SB with 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] HERO raises to $3, BB calls. Flop: 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($6, 2 players) BB bets $3, HERO raises to $15, BB raises to $54. Re: HU hand
Just call here.
Now fold unless you just want to establish a crazy image which wouldn't necessarily be the worst thing in HU play (of course if you are me he'll quit you after winning this pot). |

Re: HU hand
For me HU is about playing medium pots and avoiding straight up gambooling unless it's likely to tilt my opponent. Most of the time I'd just call this flop, especially so early in a session. You will often get paid off by two pair/sets etc when you make the nuts because he expects you would have raised with a straight draw.
