Default Poker tracker question

For anyone that uses Poker tracker here, what should my BB/100 be? what is average? what is the min. # of hands that I need to play to really get an accurate reading of my BB/100? 10,000 hands, 20,000 hands, 50,000 hands? Anyone have any thoughts on how many hands and BB/100 you should play and average at a certain level, before moving up limits? Any thoughts would help. thanks

1. This has nothing to do with PT, you get a BB/100 even if you're playing live/online without it.

2. There are no solid answers for the rest of this, however there are some rough estimates. You should refer to the forum of your game of choice. While you're there, check out the stickies.

What your BB should be assuming you are a solid player greatly varies depending on what game, what format (limit, NL, or pot limit), and what limit you are playing.

You will need a few million hands before you have an accurate idea of what your BB/00 is - not a joke.

You should move up once you feel you are mentally reading to move and have an adequate bankroll.
