Default China, and poker...

Is a structure in place that allows the Chinese to play online poker? Not just them accessing Stars from their city over the internet, but a payment processor, and the player actually being allowed to play (no one gets in trouble playing), etc.

I ask because I don't see that there's much play coming from there. But, I would have to think that at one point, if the entire country has the structure in place to play the online game, it will be a boom to rival the last one.

Thanks, and have a good one...
