Aufan, I like your plays.

Silentbob, many sites have them. I commonly use the Greek and Bookmaker.

BJLT, I hope you're right! Saw a recent special on Derek Fisher, what a great guy.

I like the Rockets -2 at home against Dallas. T-Mac is back and the Rocket's have had 3 days to rest. On the long road trip with no practices the Rockets reverted back to their old offense after having success in the new offense the first few games of the season. With 3 days of practice and T-mac back in the line-up, I think the Rockets come out with a much better game plan and pick up where they left off a week ago. Plus, Dallas on a back to back.

Anybody care to comment if they have tested/observed a decline in winning percentage/points scored/points allowed in the second game of back-to-back games? If there is a decline in performance - can it be quantified?

Anybody consider this when betting?

thx

Yes, this is a known phenomenon that most people consider. It has an effect. I do not have stat-work on it. Many simply knock off a couple points for it.

I was on Dallas -8.5, thanks for the meaningless points with less then 1 second to go Barn.

Man that was horrible. My friend and I rode with Dallas on that one. Such an emotional roller coaster. First Dallas is down by 21 in the first half then they go bananas in the third(Nowitzki's four threes in a row). Start off the fourth quarter with the momentum still riding, up by ten.
Then the free throws late to seal it for the cover. But no, here's come Bargnani's dumbass to hit that pointless [censored] three pointer. He's itallian, wonder if he was given the orders...LOL...
