This hand is a lot easier if you don't 4bet AQ from the SB. Since you did, i think its time for a push/fold on the flop?

with these stacks i dont like a RR pre here oop with AQ. with 100bb, betting this flop means you should stack off. with deeper stacks, don't bet this flop.

as played, I think folding river is alright. he kinda knows what you have. I might also put out a small blocking bet, if you can stand to fold to a raise getting really good odds.
