I can't remember the last time Party, Prima or Stars went down.

It's worrying how common this seems to be for FTP.

"FTP down again? Ok.."

Very nice to open a thread about connection problems and see that the very first post is from a site representative. Makes it a lot easier to be understanding/patient with good cusomter service.

Like all the others said, thanks FTPDoug.

He's the first because he bypassed the 3-page thread about FTP being down and started this one!

Please excuse Full Tilt Poker - we are in the process of setting up super-user accounts. Bear with us while we are temporarily down.

So what happens to anyone that was in a tourney?? Do they just give you your buy in back or do they pay you according to your placing at time of the sight going down

Doug, any guesstimate of how long it'll be down? Have I got time to nip out for a quick pint?

We are voiding all tournaments and SNG's that were running. Everyone will be paid out according to rule 31 here: http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/tourRules.php

It looks like almost everyone was kicked off at the same time, and tournaments were paused shortly after so it's unlikely anyone had their chips stolen, but if it did happen we will go back and make up the difference.

Very sorry for the inconvenience, and we are still investigating the problem but hope to be back within an hour or two.
