It probably has something to do with the network you are/aren't on and that she is/isn't on.

You can't really block anyone on Facebook from what I can tell, you can just decline their invitation to be your friend.

you can block them under privacy settings. when you block someone you aren't friends w/ them anymore and you won't be able to see their name on any kind of search. i'm not sure if you can see their wall posts and what not while they're blocked, though.

The other day one of my friends showed up as a red X and was un-clickable. The next day it was all back to normal. I guess it could just be a bug. Girls aren't very good with technical things like websites and internets so I highly doubt she specifically blocked you.

There's either some technical glitch on Facebook or some girl you don't know and aren't into has blocked you.

Well, I'm in her school network. Two people (my friend here and ZBT) are not in her network or extended network and they could see her in a search.
