Default Re-re-re-steal? 50NL

Villain is 28/15/3 w/43% ATT to steal, over 82 hands. I shoved over a CO 3-bet of his two orbits ago from the SB and he folded. I get the feeling that he likes to get a little jiggy.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (9 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG+1 ($91.60)
MP1 ($50.80)
MP2 ($48.50)
MP3 ($54.90)
CO ($67.45)
Button ($26.50)
Hero ($71.95)
BB ($7.75)
UTG ($82.70)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">5 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $1.5</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $5.75</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $17</font>, Hero...

From your description I think shoving is +EV, you can't afford to be backing down to a player like that.

Hopefully. Probably not, though. He tanked then folded to my shove.

This is villain dependent, right? I mean, you wouldn't shove here against like a 12/3, would you? What about an unknown?

Given these stats I think it's still a push, but do keep in mind how small your sample size is... he's attempted to steal exactly 3/7 times (4/8 including this hand). If he were only around, say, 22/11 with this small a sample I don't know if I still like a push

This sample is too small. I would fold.

I mean, you are played too less hands together and I don't believe that he start playing back so early.
