Default S-Video On Laptop Questions

I can connect to my tv just fine, and through an adapter just fine...
BUT I connect my laptop to other tvs (hotels, rooms etc), so I bought two converters but they wont work...and I dont see why not.

Here is my set-up:
laptop->s-video cable->S-Video Adapter to Composite-> Composite Adapter to RF->Older TV

WHY wont this setup work?? Its really bugging me, I also have a huge adapter that has multiple inputs/ouputs but I want to bring something small and cheap.

After clicking the first link it looks to be a composite to s-video. Its backwards to what you want to do.
