we've died down so im thinking of playing again. maybe some limit to spice up life.

I [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] limit but the variance is crazy. Played about 12k hands of .5/1 limit and lost $3 total, lol. F'n rake beat me! It's great that you don't have to timebank trying to make calls, your moves are instantly apparent and it's fun to call with middle pair and win in 30bb pots.

I need help fellas...

For those of you proficient w/ PT and filters and such...

I'm trying to figure out if I'm better off folding everything out of the SB (specifically and so-to-speak) or continue playing it how I am. Now, that said, I know about Pokey's post, but how do I compare the SB position, only, with how I'd do if I never vpip money into the hand when in the SB, other than my posting?

Hope that is clear enough. TIA...cuz it's driving me nucking futs trying to figure this out!

SirFelixCat,

In the 'Position Stats' tab, the 'Difference w/o Blind' column is what you want to be looking at. This is the $ you've won or lost in total from the BB or SB after the posting of it blind.

Hmmm this morning was bad, Made a bluf against a reg, but my read was off -$100
Went allin with the nut straight, too bad the other guy hit his JACK high flush on the river... -$130
made a 3bet vs a donk with kk pf,

Flop comes all spades with one king, I bet, he minraises, I go allin, he shows the jack and ten of spades -$100

And this hand is simply to beautiful, to not share with you guys, I know it isn't converted, and we aren't playing for full stacks, but still:

HERO: Bet $12.00

*** TURN *** [[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]5]

so i went to donk at 2NL to win the .40 cents i lost at ridiculous limit poker. check out this fun hand.

my thinking: PF: ooh QQ, FLOP: what a gay flop but we're going with it, TURN: standard but AI anyway, RIVER: you have got to be joking ARARARGHGHGGHGGH, SD: you donkies lol.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

saw flop|saw showdown

Button ($0.50)
SB ($6.91)
BB ($1.85)
UTG ($1.27)
Hero ($4.70)

Preflop: Hero is MP with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls $0.02, Hero raises to $0.1, Button calls $0.10, SB calls $0.09, BB calls $0.08, UTG calls $0.08.

Flop: ($0.50) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB checks, BB bets $0.2, UTG calls $0.20, Hero raises to $0.74, Button calls $0.40 (All-In), SB folds, BB calls $0.54, UTG folds.

Turn: ($2.58) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players, 1 all-in)
BB checks, Hero bets $1.01, BB calls $1.01 (All-In).

River: ($4.60) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players, 2 all-in)

Final Pot: $4.60

Results below:
BB has 7c 7d (one pair, sevens).
Hero has Qc Qh (one pair, queens).
Button has Qd 8d (one pair, eights).
Outcome: Hero wins $4.60.

i think i should have raised the flop more to remove the pot odds. it was only .54 cents for BB to call into a $1.84 pot to draw. i really didnt expect BTN to go all in cause he had been weak ever since he went super short. another reason why i was looking for those RR bet sizing threads to look at to tighten up my game in he dept.
