You 3-bet PF, why not bet the flop? It's a scary board, but I would personally lead out at it and consider folding to a large re-raise. Any stats on the villain?

if he flat-calls flop, then what? if [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]comes on turn,then what?

Raise more pre-flop. You're OOP and JJ is nice, but it won't lilke many flops. Pop it to $.80 - $1. You're happy to just take it down.

Then lead flop for 3/4 pot. If he throws in a big raise, you can dump it without reads. If he calls and a diamond hits the turn, slow down and try to see a cheap showdown.

You have to bet that flop otherwise you give villan control of the hand, for all you know villan could have completely missed but him betting after you not puts you in the tough spot. As regards bankroll issues head back to 5NL and rebuild ive dropped down from 25NL back to 10 and am currently running at 8PTBB over 10k hands. gl
