Just finished reading through this... pretty cool stuff, but the amount of bad beats given and taken (and not just by gobbo) is ridiculous! Make me wonder how anyone wins...

Quick comment though... I didn't double check, but it seemed that gobbo lost EVERY SINGLE AK at showdown. He did win a few pots with it (blinds, c-bets), but if it went to the river AK was no good. Even AK < AKs. I laughed very hard when somebody said "You know, you CAN fold AK." Gobbo, I hope you are like, building a huge good luck streak that will carry you to win the WSOP ME or something. GOOD GRIEF! If those beats had happened to me, I would have tilted my way out there pretty fast! Good job handling it!!!

I also thought it very interesting that Gobbo pwned Giga. And in the truest, surest definition of pwning, lol. Wonder what Giga will do when he looks through the HH, hahah.

you pretty much answered your own question. It's silly to push 23o 84o J2o etc here, with so many left to act. You're better off pushing blind the next time you are sb, button, CO and you are opening the action.

I would rather push 5xBB from UG, than any other alternative. There are a few hands that would be CEV-, but if you think in terms of overall expected stack size, you take CEV- at 5xBB over CEV+ at 3xBB. For the record, I push absolutely 100% of the time with any 2 here, and I dont really think it is a difficult decision.

Before everyone jumps on the fact that J2 is CEV-, I know in isolation that it is. But compare the the possible ending stacks at J2o with 5xBB, vs any 2 from button with 3.5xBB
