Dealing with must-move tables

The room I play at uses must-moves for many of their games. When you get called to move to a new table you are delt out immediatly, unless you are in the blinds, in which case you can play to your button. If I get called to the new game while in the BB should I stay and pay my SB and play the button?

Fairly standard 9 handed mostly passive game, if it matters.
