I guess if we're throwing out the option of violence, one of the things that you could do as part of a packaged deal would be to put up thousands of posters around where the guy lives saying what he's done.

in the case of the guy who tried to rape a family member, I call the cops, but I make sure to call the cops that are friends of mine so they let me have a few minutes behind a dumpster with him before they haul them off.
