Before I have to get screws put in my ankles. I obv need 'high tops'. I'm looking for the ones that I think I see alot of the D1 kids wear on TV. They all wear the same style, but it's different colors depending on the team, blue for KU, Orange for Syracuse etc.

BBV4LIFE help me find some shoes, $10 to the person's suggestion I purchase.

p.s. do ankle weights help you jump higher?

Also yes with correct pylometric training ankle weights do help you jump higher.
