Default MP+FD on turn in rr pot

Villain was playing 48/28 over 35 hands. I was card dead and folding every hand, Even though I am OOP, I was playing my image and a disguised hand if I flop well. I am not interested in preflop action.

I am mainly interested in the turn action(also welcome flop thoughts) What is my best play here? stack size is weird compared to the pot. If I bet and he shoves, I probably have to call. If I check and he bets, then what? c/r, c/c, c/f?

$75-88 is good as a turn bet in my eyes. you can sell it off as a value betting hand with that bet sizing.
