ON,

I've seen different rulings. Sometimes $15 of the $18 in white will play, sometimes $0 of the $18 in white will play.

The tipping from pocket ruling is obviously ridiculous.

Around here, the whites play in $5 increments in red chip games. If you're all in and have $18 in white, 15 of them go in.

in hero's situation there was 18 whites. 3 whites should not have gone into the pot.

Wait, why would people stop tipping the dealer because of a stupid floorperson?

House rule like other thread, sometimes increments of 5 will play sometimes not

heres how to solve this, get a stack os singles and use them for tip money since dollars them selves won't ever play in the game

WOW, both sound pretty stupid to me.

At the Hilton and Trop the poker room has waitress service from a waitress. I have never seen a nit complain when a player payd for his or her lunch with money from the table.

At Blue Chip in Indiana, you can't tip dealers with cash. I tried to tip with a dollar coin, and the dealer said I couldn't because of their tip-sharing policy. The floor said the same thing when I tried to tip him for a dinner comp. The waitresses, however, happily took my dollar coins.
