Default Poker Room registration problem

ive just created a new account at Poker Room(through PSO) and have activated my account and completed my registration details.

problem is that each time i go to cashier to make my first deposit, it asks me for my registration details again and then tells me that i already have an account opened.

ive emailed support but BW reckons it takes 12 hours to get a (frequently incorrect) response........any ideas what the problem is here?

bump

in all seriousness, do these clowns actually have a support team?

3 emails in 36 hours and not so much as an acknowledgement that i exist.

yet again now, it asks me for me registration details when i try to deposit and yet again, it tells me that i already have an account open with those same details....the account that i already have open is the account that i am now trying to deposit into but for some dumb stupid reason it wont let me and keeps me going round in circles with this registration problem

does anyone have any kinda idea as to what is happening or how to sort it out?

do they have a phone number that i can call? cant find one on the website

the # is 1-800-mypoker. I am going through a 2 week ordeal with them, and it is the worst and slowest customer service I have ever encountered in 2 years of online play, and I have been through a couple with Pacific. Go play at one of the skins if you want to play the pr games.

By the way, it usually takes the security at least a week to respond to one email, so 36 hours is nothing for them.

I signed up there yesterday with a PSO promo and have had no problems there (except for losing $25 with KK twice to a river 2 outer and a river 10 outer after the money was allin).

Pokerroom is the suckiest suck site that ever sucked my friend.

And if that wasn't enough reason not to play there they have just about the highest rake on the internet if you are playing anywhere below 5/10.

Why on earth would you even think about playing there when there are many many pokerooms out there with a lower rake, better bonus structure, and better customer service than the Pokeroom network? Why even bother with Pokeroom?

(And their 'skins' are just as bad)

And I won't even get into the issues of them having tons and tons of bots on thier site which they apparently don't care about.

And I also won't even mention the various times that their random number generator has been seriously questioned in various postings all over the internet.
